Delivery

Alfresco Rugs Limited can only dispatch orders on working days.

​

Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays).

​

Please take this into account when placing orders over a weekend.

​

Orders will be dispatched on the same day as orders are received providing that they are confirmed by 12.00 (noon). Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note:
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address we reserve the right to charge postage for the redelivery.

​

All orders are shipped using a Tracked Service and you will be sent a notification as soon as we ship.
